One of our long standing customers contacted us after reporting a coolant leak on an engine-driven fire suppression system at the UK’s largest energy from the waste site.
On inspection, our engineers were able to identify the source of the leak and the cause. They also undertook a full machine inspection and identified 2 other unrelated faults.
To assist the customer's need for limited downtime a revisit was organised to complete the repair to the initial fault and repairs to secondary faults in one visit. The customer's system was back online within the same day ready for service.
