We carry out various checks on all of our products to ensure that your order arrives to you in good condition and exactly as you expect it. Every order is picked, checked and packed by a different person to help eliminate errors, as such we are unable to accept claims for shortages or damage after three days of receipt of order.
All goods are supplied in good faith, as suitable for the application involved. Customers should also check that the goods supplied are suitable for their particular application. Many products are simple to install, but certain items must be installed by or the installation inspected by a competent qualified engineer or technician.
All goods supplied are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty terms only. Warranty items must be returned to our warehouse and may, at our discretion, be repaired, replaced or credited. If a replacement part is required before inspection has taken place, then this may be chargeable. No extended warranty terms what so ever are offered or implied.
As we have no control over installation, claims cannot be accepted for consequential loss and / or damage to other equipment or personal injury / damage to any third party.
Ex-stock items are subject to a 10% (min. £3.00) restocking / handling charge, unless returned under warranty, or supplied in error. The original carriage charge remains payable, unless it relates solely to items returned due to incorrect supply and/or late delivery. Items are only accepted for return if they are in an as new, unused and undamaged condition and can be resold. Parts must be returned within 14 days from date of delivery.
Goods that are ordered especially for the Customer, will not be accepted back for credit or refund. Should we decide to authorise for a ‘special order’ part to be accepted back for credit, a 25% handling charge will be applied.
All returns shall be made at the risk and expense of the customer.
