Watermota recently completed repair works to a local passenger vessel powered by a Perkins M135.

The long-standing customer who operates a fleet of Doosan powered passenger and fishing vessels was in need of assistance after the Perkins engine developed running issues following the winter idle time. Engineers were quickly organised and were on board the vessel the same day to carry out a diagnosis using a proven test plan and the customer updated on the findings. Watermota was able to source the genuine Perkins parts to allow cost effective repairs to be carried out in time for the vessels annual survey, and start of the working season.
