We are very pleased to announce that, effective 1st July 2025, James Wyatt has been appointed Managing Director of Watermota Ltd.
James’s journey with Watermota began in November 2013, when he joined the company in a stores and logistics role. From day one, his commitment, work ethic, and natural leadership stood out. Over the past twelve years, James has grown from strength to strength – taking on increasing responsibilities, developing his technical and commercial expertise, and becoming a central figure in the company’s ongoing success.
His progression through Watermota has been a testament to his dedication, adaptability, and deep understanding of the marine industry. Whether working behind the scenes or directly with customers and partners, James has consistently demonstrated the values that define Watermota – reliability, innovation, and service excellence.
Well-liked and respected across the UK marine and industrial engineering community, James brings not only experience but a genuine passion for what we do.
His appointment to Managing Director is a fitting reflection of his contribution to the business and his ability to lead the Watermota team into its next chapter of growth.
While taking on this new role, James will continue to remain actively involved in sales and customer relationships, working alongside Tim Helley and Maisie Bull.
Supporting James in his new position, Dave Guest will take on the role of Technical Director, heading up the Service Support Team and ensuring Watermota continues to deliver the high standards of technical expertise and aftersales service that our customers rely on.
This announcement marks not just a personal achievement for James, but also a proud moment for everyone at Watermota.
