We understand our customer’s needs to keep their businesses in operation and are always prepared to assist with emergency requirements. This recent request is another example of where we managed to deliver parts within twenty-four hours.
PPS Power contacted us at 2pm with an urgent need for parts as their customer at a waste management plant had an offline generator. These parts were critical to get the generator back in service before 8am the following day.
Due to our vast stock levels we had the parts available and were therefore able to process the order and have the items delivered over 300 miles away by 7am the next morning. The generator was back online within the required deadline and we have another happy customer.
