We are delighted to introduce Jo Moffatt, who has joined the Watermota team as our Logistics & Stock Administrator. With a background in hospitality and a passion for people, Jo brings a warm, organised, and customer-focused approach to her new role.
Originally from Manchester, Jo spent 20 years living in Dorset before moving further south to enjoy the beauty and pace of life in Devon. Prior to joining Watermota, she worked as an Assistant Manager at St Austell Brewery, where she gained valuable experience managing teams and delivering high levels of service in a fast-paced environment.
After many years in hospitality, Jo was ready for a change that would allow her to spend more time with her family.
“I fancied an office position that offered a bit more balance with family life,” she explains. “With two kids – a 12-year-old daughter and a 14-year-old son – being around more and having that flexibility was important.”
In her role at Watermota, Jo supports the smooth flow of stock and parts through our operation, helping to coordinate deliveries, manage inventory, and keep everything running efficiently behind the scenes. It’s a role that suits her down to the ground, offering a mix of structure, variety, and teamwork.
Outside of work, Jo enjoys being active and making the most of the Devon countryside.
“I love baking and getting out for walks, whether it’s a weekend ramble or just enjoying time outdoors. It’s such a beautiful part of the world to live in.”
She’s also kept on her toes at home by her cat, Storm, who adds a bit of mischief to family life.
Jo is settling in brilliantly with the team and says the people have made all the difference.
“I’m really enjoying working here. The team are great fun and it’s nice to be part of a local business with such a supportive atmosphere.”
