Two of our engineers are currently at the Doosan state of the art training centre in the Czech republic on the latest engine and power generation training course. Here, at Watermota, we make sure all our engineers are fully trained on product developments as part of their CPD (Continuing Professional Development).
The training centre is situated in the city of Dobříš, in the Central Bohemian region of the Czech Republic. The facilities include a modern building covering 1500 m², with 4 classrooms and 3 workshops offering enough space to accommodate the entire product range. In front of the building there is an outdoor training area of 5000 m². This is where they conduct field exercises and product testing with the fleet of Doosan machines as well as the wide range of attachments. These facilities ensure that all the training gives our team confidence and continual customer satisfaction.
Keith Booker, General Manager, said, “We invest heavily in training our engineering staff to keep up with latest developments and changes with our suppliers’ products. Two of our engineers are visiting the Doosan European training centre again for mechanical and electrical training on new products. It is important that our engineers fully understand the equipment that we supply to guarantee customer service , and in turn, makes us very committed to our staff training programme.”
